What's new and different? We've upgraded things in the condo - such as a new sliding door facing the ocean, a new washer/dryer, a new thermostat, heating and air conditioner system, a new dinette set, and new televisions in the living room and in the master bedroom (which now has two new double beds to sleep more people). Last but not least, you can bring favorite CDs and your iPod to dock in the snazzy Phillips radio in the upright cabinet.
